David Beckham’s new workout at F45 Trainingnow available
F45 Training Ambassador and International Soccer Star David Beckham and F45 Head of Athletics and Celebrity Coach Gunnar Peterson have designed a new workout inspired by Beckham’s personal fitness program and his training experience from his football career.
The DB45 workout is a soccer-inspired 11-station cardio class that uses stations that represent typical soccer positions, including Goal, Defense, Mid-Field, and Attack. Paying homage to Beckham’s iconic shirt numbers from his footballing career, the set timings will alternate between 32 seconds on, 15 seconds off and 23 seconds on, followed by 20 seconds off. Users will complete the ultimate finisher with 7 30-second bodyweight exercises. This new training is available in all F45 training centers.
